The Porsche 993 Turbo represents the pinnacle of the air-cooled era-combining brutal performance with daily drivability and timeless design. This example was delivered new by Porsche Centre Northampton in the UK in August 95 for the 96 model year. Finished in Midnight Blue Metallic over Classic Grey, it presents in lovely condition.
It is a blue-chip collector’s piece and a true driver’s car.
Powered by a 3.6L twin-turbocharged flat-six, the 993 Turbo delivers 300 kW (402 hp) through a 6-speed manual gearbox and Porsche’s viscous-coupled AWD system. With 0–100 km/h in just over 4 seconds, it was one of the fastest production cars of its time.
Featuring wide bodywork, fixed rear spoiler, large red brake calipers, and unique front and rear bumpers, it stands apart visually while remaining unmistakably a 911.
Inside, it blends sport and luxury with leather upholstery, climate control, white gauges, and optional features like electric seats, sunroof, and premium audio.
The car comes with a large folder of invoices showing consistent servicing in the UK until it arrived in Australia in 2022. The stamps in the original service book finish in 2014. From thereon it has receipts for servicing in 2015,2016,2018, 2021, 2023 and 2025.
Notable recent work includes a complete suspension overhaul with new Bilstein P10's, clutch and flywheel replacement along with loads of other small items. This is not one of the rusty ones, if it was, it would not be with us for sale, it is actually a very tidy car that drives extremely well.
It comes complete with all original books, a folder full of invoices and it even has its own magazine article.
A fresh yearly service and a full pre-sales inspection by Sydney’s leading independent Porsche specialist has jsut been completed.
Lastly, but of particular note, Porsche Cars Australia has confirmed the car's production date to be July 1995, hence the car is now 30 years old. This makes it eligible for historic registration in most states and with historic registration there is no transfer duty which on a $379k car ( in NSW ) is a saving of approx $18,000.
Please, no silly offers, it is already very realistically priced.
