Here we have the very last of the 'G' series 911 convertibles. But this is no ordinary 3.2L Carrera, this is 1 of just 12 '25 Year Anniversary' cars sold in Australia. For the 1989 model year, Porsche sold 875 '25 Jahr 911' cars worldwide. They are instantly recognized by their unique option code of #099, and their Marine Blue Metallic Exterior / Silver blue metallic interior colour spec. They also wore wider than standard 16 x 6' & 8' colour-coded Fuchs rims.

This is a car we know well, we sold it to its last 3 owners and have serviced it since 2004. Just last year, the car was given a thorough going over which involved replacement of the clutch, a new drive shaft, new tyres and numerous other items while the engine and gearbox were out. The convertible roof presents in near new condition as it was replaced a few years ago and works perfectly well.
While it is not a 'Concourse' standard car, it could best be described as a very original 'Driver' that represents the passing of what many regard as the quintessential 911 ie the G series and a very special and rare one at that.
It comes with all its books and the original (NO SPOILER ) engine lid.
Be quick, such rare parts of Porsche's air-cooled history are tightly held and seldom become available.
