This 1984 Model Year 930 ( 911 Turbo ) has just gone thorough an incredibly comprehensive restoration. The effort, work and passion that has gone into bringing this car up to the condition you have today is amazing! Looks this good didn't come cheaply!
Rebuilt engine, new modern Turbo, an awesome sounding exhaust system, more modern suspension, Wheels, total re-trimming and complete respray in original colour, all helps to make it as special as it was in 1984.
It started life as a Factory Tourist delivery being built to Californian specification, in Ruby Red Metallic. It found its way to Australia in October of 1989 and underwent a correct metal panel conversion to Right hand drive and complied to Australian design rules.
We have both a mountain of paperwork covering this, plenty of receipts for the work and a new Pre-purchase inspection report from Sydney's leading independent Porsche workshop.
I have been lucky enough to experience a large number of Porsche 930s in my life and 2 things really stand out with this one.
1. With all the time and work spent on this car, especially in regards to the engine, suspension it sounds so good and drives so well, that I can't stop smiling after I have driven it!
2. Knowing how much an engine build, respray, re-trim and all of the work that has gone into this car, the price we are asking is less than the cost of the rebuild. ( But anyone who has done a first class job on restoring a classic sports car is more than aware of how much this has cost )
This would be an inexpensive way of experiencing the very best that Porsche had to offer in 1984.

* Re-valved Bilstein's to make it handle better with custom valve setting
* Upgraded Sway's and Torsion bars for better feel ( not stiff but compliant) These are Sway Away. Bushings and plates were done too.
* WEVO 930 Black shifter with WEVO PSJ ( makes the gear shift something special )
* OG 964 Turbo Headers
* Upgraded Turbo from KKK to K27
* RarelyL8 single outlet exhaust
* All engine parts anodised and plated with new rubber flange on intercooler too with some new tinware
* New clutch and flywheel. KEP Light weight alloy clutch plate, Turbo Clutch, Flywheel etc.
* Classic retro fuse panels front and rear
* Factory fitted VDO boost gauge in dash with key.
* 930S steering wheel ( Think 964/993 RS )
* 964 Turbo sports seats retrimmed in leather and deadstock Pascha in Wien rot & Ivory
* Deadstock Pascha rear seats retrimmed with leather ( Yes, the 80's were wild, the colours were too! )
* Custom rear parcel shelf in Pascha with additional seat mat and hidden studs
* Retrimmed door tops , re trimmed center console and more in black leather.
* New front floor carpet mats
* Blaupunkt Bremen SQR46 radio with Porsche script BT etc with upgraded speakers front and rear with amplifier and sound deadening in doors +
* Rennline black aluminium door handles plain , door twists , key surround , pedal set & Kill switch with key at battery
* Currently on RSR Style wheels with petals in 16s ( Think Singer wheels )
* New rubber seals everywhere on external of car including front lower apron
