Here we have a lovely matching numbers 1972 911 T coupe.
It started its life in the US and was later imported to Australia where it was professionally converted from left to right hand drive using correct RHD panels.
A very comprehensive body restoration was undertaken by Zag Automotive in Sydney over the last few years, This included a back to bare metal respray in its original delivery colour Gold Metallic and a complete interior re-trim in its original black. To say this looks like a new car is an understatement, the restoration work and subsequent mechanical work easily exceeds the current asking price, let alone the initial base cost of the car.
It is fitted with the 1st of the 915 5-speed H-pattern gearboxes ( introduced for the 1972 MY ) and the engine is running on a set of Webber carburetors. It has had lots of suspension work and thus drives extremely well.
The current mileage shown is in Miles, being a 5-digit odometer we do not know how many times it has gone around, I would say at least once. We have all the invoices for the most recent work carried out since approx 2019.
